Now that the winter months have passed, it’s time to focus on the outside of your home. Your home needs to pop once it’s listed. Ultimately, we want a buyer to be attracted to the pictures of your home and request a showing from there. Here are a few ways to boost curb appeal this summer.

1. Get rid of all the signs of fall and winter. Trim the bushes. Remove all the leaves. Add new mulch. Paint the front door. Consider replacing the door handle if it’s dated. Improve the light fixtures. Power wash the driveway and sidewalks.

2. Take off the screens and wash the windows. It makes your house shine! Clean windows also allow more light to enter your home, and likewise, the inside will be brighter.
